Papa Lou & Dr. Smith

What a great night. They played a new blues. "they call me sweet
lou." and even did "Everything thing I play gon' be Funky from now
on." Shared a cab back uptown with the Dr. Great one!

Marc Ribot at Knitting Factory

Wild show. When it was all said and done I dug it. It reminded me of
when I went down there to play with William Hooker. And yes. I am
still listening. I might be ready now. I wasn't ready then though.
That's for sure.

Farewell Boomba's

To bad it's gone. They used to make all sorts of flavors of
pierogis. It was always a good day when Boom's was involved!

Youngstown Pierogis

Boomba's was an awesome pierogis spot on south side.

Sign in Youngstown

I think this pretty much speaks for itself.

Youngstown Steel Hounds

Youngstown has a minor league hockey team affiliated with NHL the Columbus Blue Jackets. Currently they are number one in the division with a 12-1 record. This game they lost however to the Shreveport Mudbugs. Here is there website.

Pumpkin Pie

No Thanksgiving is complete without some Pumpkin Pie. What a great meal as usual back home in Youngstown Ohio.

Deborah Harry Concert in Cleveland

I've always been a Blondie fan. Deborah sounded great. Her voice is as
strong as ever. I discovered that she was 62 years old and found it
hard to believe. My old friend Paul Wells plays in the band. So does
Tom Brislin. We all went to Jazz school together. Who would have thought?

Agora Theater in Cleveland

I've seen some great shows here while in High School. Janes Addiction, Lenny Kravitz, Living Colour etc. Tonight my old friend Paul Wells is playing here. He plays drums with Deborah Harry.

This reminds me of Dusselldorf

I got coffee at this Hungarian place in Cleveland. It reminded me of my favorite cafe of all times. Cafe Shlonz in Dusseldorf. Long Live Herr Shlonz!!!!

Cleveland

It's a Wednesday morning in downtown Cleveland. This is where I'm originally from. Not to far of from the Rock and Roll Hall of fame and Jacobs Field.

Dap Sax

Its thanksgiving time. I'm back in Cleveland seeing Sharon Jones and the Dapkings. I used to play with these guys everyonce in awhile. They are all my close friends. Ian on the Left and I have been on over 14 records together. Neal on the right and I have travelled the world more times to be remembered with the Sugarman 3.

Tour Over Back to NYC

Tour is over and I'm flying from Kansas City to New York City. Only for a day before I head out to Ohio. It's always good to go home.

Frank Gehry Building

This the experience museum. I wouldn't recommend it. But this is an
amazing building. I like the building in Bilboa better. I've been
lucky enough to have been in there at least five times.
